We are independent! We work with the top Index Universal Life (IUL) carriers in the business. Our business is built around permanent life insurance and serving the needs of top agents doing $100,000 or more of target premium annually.
We also offer fully/EZ underwritten Term, Universal Life, and Whole Life.
New Agent Offer: If you have a live case, we will run it through our system and show you the top 5 IUL, Term or WL carriers (using your specific "best metric" criteria), even if you aren't appointed with us yet. Call me for fastest response or email the case details to get started.
It's fair and competitive (No, we cannot heal the sick or wounded). But when you have all the top carriers, we can help you find a solution if one exists. If it exists, we will help you find it.
Yes and No. We offer products with Accelerated Living Benefit Riders (ABRs) AND products without, by design. Living Benefits can be very important, if all things are otherwise equal. However, Living Benefit life insurance policies ALL have policy limits. In other words, the maximum acceleration is generally $1M or less.
Q: Does it make sense for a Premium Finance, $25M (Death Benefit) IUL to have $1M worth of Living Benefits?
A: Not if it costs 10% more, gives 10% less income and/or has 10% less cash value, as an example.
By the way, if you have a case like this, congratulations! That's a nice one, I don't care who you are. Let us earn the right to work it with you! These are the cases we love and we are superb at placing them.
Yes! We have a specialist ready to help you select the best option for you.
No. Why? It rarely makes good financial sense.
If the person is healthy (even up to age 80), these plans will cost too much money in relation to the benefit, build no cash value, and have virtually no flexibility. Solution: Offer a fully underwritten policy to get all of those plus living benefits (in some cases).
If the person is not healthy, a flexible premium annuity can offer a similar death benefit in the first 2-3 years and more death benefit after year 6 (approx.) with better flexibility and cash value. Ask me for more details backing my position or call me and change my mind. I'm open to this discussion.
Welcome! It's always a pleasure to have an experienced agent on my website. May I be of faster service?
